Position Reports to: Campus Pastor, Westfield
Status: Full Time
Position Objective:
Work in cooperation with the Campus Pastor to lead the assimilation process from first time guest to membership commitment; connect people to engage in body life, service and ministry. Support the Campus Pastor in various administrative responsibilities to ensure effective ministry at the Westfield location.

Be fully committed to the doctrine, vision and philosophy of Harvest Church
Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years in account management or customer service
2+ years managing budgets, reporting, activities, and analysis with strong spreadsheet skills
Innovative and strategic development and evaluation of the assimilation process
Manage special projects as directed
Ability to multitask and meet various deadlines
Position Description:
Connections
Lead all aspects of the Assimilation process at Harvest Church
Collaborate with Campus Pastor to manage assimilation as part of the overall Adult Discipleship strategy
Collaborate with Director of Connections – Carmel regarding strategy and implementation of assimilation responsibilities
Work with the Communications Director to publicize assimilation events and opportunities through all media channels
Direct all aspects of the Meet Harvest, Discover Harvest, and Membership workflows
Manage registrations for assimilation events
Coordinate communication and assimilation workflows between the Campus Pastor and other staff members
Track assimilation progress and trends and report as needed
Manage and maintain an accurate database
Recruit, oversee, and manage volunteer Host Team teams
Administration
Assist Campus Pastor with scheduling, meetings and weekly tasks as assigned
Coordinate special projects/processes of Campus Pastor
Assist in the coordination of discipleship and care of Westfield congregation
Oversee data management in PCO for Westfield congregation
Attend and participate in regular staff meetings.
Necessary Skills & Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft and Apple suite
High dependability, confidentiality, and resilience
Ability to engage and communicate with team members, church body, and first-time guests
